As an innovative and proactive firm, we are delighted to be able to offer our clients an online accounting system through a partnership with Xero. We strongly believe that online accounting is the way forward and we are confident that Xero delivers the high standards that our clients expect.

Until now many of our clients have used accounting packages with data stored on their PC or server. Problems can occur if we are using a more up to date version of the software or if our clients want to continue entering data while we are working on their figures.
With Xero, all transactions are stored online in a safe and secure environment. The data can be accessed from anywhere in the world so we can access the data at the same time as our clients.
All data is backed up automatically so there is no need for numerous back ups onto CDs or memory sticks. Nor are there any concerns about what version is being used. Updates are automatic and are of course online.
Perhaps the software’s best feature is the automatic download of all bank transactions each day and the way in which Xero automatically posts them for you!
